Young Artists and Scientists Shine at Becker Elementary Family Event
A.W. Becker Elementary School brought together creativity and discovery during its Art Show and Science Fair on the evening of April 23, 2026. A large crowd of families came out to see what the students had been working on.
Student artwork lined the hallways throughout the building. The pieces showed a wide range of styles and subjects, each one reflecting the young artists' individual efforts and perspectives.
Science exhibits were set up in the back hallways near the Pre-K classrooms and on the second floor. Some students stood by their projects to explain what they had learned.
Visitors got to hear about topics like how volcanoes form and why brushing your teeth matters. The students' enthusiasm made the experience more engaging for everyone.
The event depended on the work of several staff members. Ms. Esmond organized the art portion and highlighted the talents of the student artists. Teachers and staff handled the science fair activities and coordination.

BETHLEHEM GIRLS LAX IMPROVES TO 7-1 IN LEAGUE PLAY 🔥💪
The Bethlehem girls varsity lacrosse team continued its strong Suburban Council season Tuesday night with an impressive 13-6 victory over Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake! 👏
After a defensive battle to start the game, the Eagles struck first thanks to a free-position goal from Lucy Buff 🥍. Just 30 seconds later, Kiana Longtin added another score to quickly put Bethlehem up 2-0.
Burnt Hills answered early in the second quarter, but the Eagles responded in dominant fashion 💥
🔥 Brianna Fabian led the charge with three straight goals as Bethlehem ripped off four unanswered scores to seize control and head into halftime with a commanding 6-2 lead.
The Eagles kept the pressure on in the second half, outscoring the Spartans 7-4 after the break to secure the big conference win.

The Bethlehem Central Eagles snapped a long-running struggle against Shenendehowa in a huge way Friday afternoon, defeating the Plainsmen 6-3 on their home field for the program’s first road win there since May 22, 2021 👏
Coming into the matchup, Bethlehem had gone just 1-7 in their previous eight meetings against Shen — but this Eagles squad proved this season is different 💥

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Ravens are officially on fire 🔥
RCS picked up its fourth straight road victory Thursday afternoon with a dominant 16-9 win over Schalmont, improving to an impressive 11-3-1 on the season 👏
And for this Ravens squad, big wins are becoming the norm:

🧱 On the mound, Joseph Latter delivered another outstanding performance:
