✅ Your travel pace
He then creates a customized itinerary and fine-tunes it until it's exactly what you're looking for.
His philosophy is simple: every traveler defines "value" differently.

🚨🥗 HEALTH ALERT: PARASITE OUTBREAK SICKENS HUNDREDS OF NEW YORKERS 🤒⚠️
A growing foodborne illness outbreak has affected hundreds of people across New York, with health officials urging residents to take extra precautions when handling fresh produce this summer.
According to state health officials, 394 confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis have been reported statewide so far, including 273 cases in New York City and 121 cases throughout the rest of the state. The outbreak has now spread to 29 states.
Cyclospora is a microscopic parasite that is typically contracted by consuming contaminated food or water. It is not spread from person to person, but is often linked to fresh produce such as leafy greens, herbs, and berries that may have become contaminated before reaching consumers.
🤢 Common symptoms include:
• Severe diarrhea
• Nausea
• Stomach cramps
• Loss of appetite
• Fatigue
• Symptoms often begin 1–2 weeks after exposure
Health officials have not yet identified the exact source of the current outbreak.
Fortunately, the illness is rarely life-threatening, and many healthy individuals recover on their own. However, doctors can diagnose the infection with a stool test, and antibiotics are available for those who need treatment.
🛡️ How to Protect Yourself:
✅ Wash your hands before preparing food
✅ Rinse fruits, vegetables, and fresh herbs thoroughly under running water
✅ Cook foods to appropriate temperatures when possible
✅ Refrigerate leftovers promptly
✅ Contact your healthcare provider if you experience prolonged diarrhea or severe gastrointestinal symptoms
This serves as a good reminder to practice safe food handling, especially during the busy summer produce season.

🕊️💙 BETHLEHEM COMMUNITY MOURNS THE LOSS OF BCHS STUDENT GIANNA IDA-SMITH 💙🕊️

🕊️💙 BETHLEHEM COMMUNITY MOURNS THE LOSS OF BCHS STUDENT GIANNA IDA-SMITH 💙🕊️
The Bethlehem Central School District is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Gianna Ida-Smith, a beloved student who passed away on Tuesday, July 7, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Gianna had been part of the Bethlehem school community since kindergarten, attending Elsmere Elementary School, Bethlehem Central Middle School, and most recently Bethlehem Central High School, where she would have entered her sophomore year this fall.
Known for her kind spirit, resilience, and love of basketball, Gianna remained closely connected to the sport even after injury and illness prevented her from playing. During the 2025–2026 season, she proudly served as manager of the BCHS Girls Varsity Basketball Team, inspiring teammates, coaches, and the entire school community with her strength, optimism, and determination.
The district has extended its heartfelt condolences to Gianna's family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
💙 Grief counselors will be available for students and staff beginning Wednesday, July 8, at 8:00 a.m. in the Bethlehem Central High School Counseling Center to provide support to anyone in need.
Information regarding memorial services will be shared by the district if and when the family chooses to make those details public.
Today, our thoughts and prayers are with Gianna's family, her friends, classmates, teammates, teachers, and everyone whose lives she touched. May her memory continue to inspire kindness, courage, and perseverance throughout the Bethlehem community.
🕊️ Rest in peace, Gianna. You will never be forgotten. 💙

🧩☕ FRIDAY MORNING MATH PUZZLER SOLVED! ☕🧩

Credit: Aloha Ocean
🧩 Friday Morning Math Puzzler Solution
The puzzle is:
7 + 7 × 6 = ?
Many people quickly answer 84 or 55, but the correct answer is:
49 🎉
📚 Step-by-Step Teaching Solution
Remember the Order of Operations (PEMDAS/BODMAS):
Parentheses/Brackets
Exponents
Multiplication & Division (left to right)
Addition & Subtraction (left to right)
Now solve it:
7 + 7 × 6
➡️ Step 1: Do the multiplication first.
7 × 6 = 42
Now the equation becomes:
7 + 42
➡️ Step 2: Add.
7 + 42 = 49
✅ Final Answer: 49
💡 Math Tip
Whenever you see both addition (+) and multiplication (×) in the same problem, always multiply before adding unless parentheses tell you otherwise.
Examples:
5 + 3 × 4 = 17 (not 32)
8 + 2 × 5 = 18 (not 50)
7 + 7 × 6 = 49 ✅
Happy Friday and keep those brains sharp! 🧠☕🎉
