Plans for a massive 114,675-square-foot warehouse near the CSX rail yard in Bethlehem are moving forward again after years of inactivity!

📍 BETHLEHEM, NY — A previously proposed industrial warehouse project at 200 West Yard Road, near the CSX rail yard in Selkirk, is getting new life following a change in property ownership earlier this year.

According to an October 22 report from the Albany Business Review, WY Industrial LLC, the new owner of the nearly 11-acre property, is seeking municipal reapproval of an earlier site plan to move the project forward.

🏗️ HERE'S WHAT'S BEING PROPOSED:

📦 114,675 square feet of warehouse space, including offices

🏢 6,000 square feet designated for office use

🚛 20 loading docks to accommodate truck traffic

📍 Nearly 11 acres at 200 West Yard Road

🚂 Strategic location near the CSX rail yard and existing industrial and logistics businesses

🏭 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR BETHLEHEM?

The revived proposal could bring additional industrial development to an area already known for warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations.

However, the project still requires municipal reapproval before construction can proceed.

With 20 proposed loading docks, potential truck traffic and the project's impact on surrounding roads could become topics of interest as the approval process moves forward.

💬 WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

👍 Do you support additional warehouse and industrial development near Bethlehem's CSX rail yard?

🚛 Or are you concerned about increased truck traffic and its impact on local roads?

The problem:

\[ 12 + 48 \div 4! \]

Step 1: The ! means factorial.

4! = 4 × 3 × 2 × 1 = 24

Step 2: Do division next.

48 ÷ 24 = 2

Step 3: Add.

12 + 2 = 14

✅ FINAL ANSWER: 14

💡 Remember: Factorials first, then division, then addition!

🧠 Did you get 14? Let us know in the comments!
